If you have been here before, you will notice a new look to the site. This is still a work in progress, and as my IT guy (My Husband) gets to know Wordpress, there will be many changes and updates to the look and feel of the Blog.

My mission has not changed. I promise to deliver honest, factual and timely information about the Kansas City, and in particular, the Lee’s Summit MO real estate markets. I hope all who visit this blog take away a bit of information that helps them become better educated real estate consumers.

As we emerge from this significant real estate market correction, I will work hard to provide you with all the information you need to successfully buy and sell residential real estate in our unique market.
